Our trainers will be busy setting up the room, so we recommend arriving around 5-10 minutes before the class starting time. If you arrive earlier, you may want to wait at The Hotel Lobby. The British School of Etiquette India head shall will welcome you at the lobby 15 minutes prior to the start of the course.
We always encourage you to take notes and will provide you with a notebook and pen as well as learning material related to your particular course.
We do not allow students to take photographs or film videos of the training sessions. Occasionally, The British School of Etiquette India will take photos/videos for promotional use. Please inform the trainer if you do not wish to be featured in these.
For most of our courses, you do not need to bring anything unless instructed to so by the trainer ahead of time.
All our courses are run in English, but we can provide a translator at extra cost if given adequate prior notice.
Our courses are open to adults and children from all cultures and backgrounds. You do not need any previous experience or educational qualifications to register as a student at The British School of Etiquette India.
Most of our training courses are held at our training venue The Taj Mahal Mumbai but we can also hold classes in a venue of your choice. Please note that travel costs will be added to the fee.
Special facilities including wheelchair- adapted bathrooms, ramps and lifts are provided at The Taj Mahal Hotel venue. Please check with us prior to booking if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and wishes.
Postponement of any course that has already been booked and paid for will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please kindly call our BSE India office for further details on cancellation policy and full terms and conditions policy.
Yes. Most of our courses offered in a face-to-face format can also be delivered online. Please kindly check our ONLINE TRAINING section.
Please note that any unauthorized use or publishing of the BSE India logo or materials (e.g., booklets, PPT slides, photos, digital files, etc.) on any website, blog, social media post, printed material, and electronic files intended to be distributed or published on the internet in any way is prohibited by law. If you would like you use the BSE India logo please kindly contact our BSE INDIA office.
You are allowed to use photo images of yourself holding the BSE I certificate or partial image of the BSE certificate if that partial image clearly shows that it is a part of a certificate. This means that any cropping of the BSE logo from your certificate and publishing of that cropped image is prohibited.
