Investors in People
Continued Professional Development is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive. Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service Continuing Professional Development assesses training programmes against a universally accepted checklist developed over the past two decades. Training programmes that are accredited by The CPD Service have been thoroughly scrutinised to ensure they meet the very highest standards of integrity and quality.
